There was a here’s an important article in Canadian Real Estate Wealth magazine about the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board.
Its very unfair for landlords and the Ontario Landlords website has a report about the Landlord and Tenant Board in Ontario. It’s also called the LTB. Some landlords call it the Landlord Rip Off Board or the Legalized Theft Board.
Many new landlords in Ontario are not aware of what happens when you have a problem with your tenant.

He also warns small landlords to screen tenants carefully because if they rent to people like him they will lose thousands of dollars and lots of lost sleep!
